If you're looking for something specific you don't see on our website, no problem! We work closely with our wholesalers and would be able to find what you're looking for. Just contact us and put 'special orders' in the subject line.
All orders are cleansed using sage or palo santo before being mindfully packaged using eco friendly materials and sent off to their new homes. Our shipping bags are reusable and our materials are 100% compostable/recyclable. With every order we're asking you to practice sustainability by reusing or composting our bags and recycling the rest!
Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to process and ship. Orders placed after 12:00PM on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Tuesday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are automatically calculated by the shipping provider (USPS) based on weight and zip code. We currently ship to the U.S.A. and Canada.
Once you place an order on necessarymindfulness.com you will automatically be subscribed to our newsletter including order/shipping updates, sales, and more. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at anytime but please be aware it may take up tp 4 weeks to completely remove your contact information from our database.
All orders are final sale. In the event you have a problem with your order please contact customer support no later than 48 hours of receiving your order. If your items arrives damaged, you may qualify for either a new order or store credit if we are contacted during the 48 hour timeframe.
We are not liable of any packages that are lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) to file a claim and obtain a claim number. We are also not responsible for undeliverable packages due to an undeliverable address and/or incorrect address.
